| Rust Belt - Paintings |
| Year in Review: I'm finally getting back to painting. Along with my Rust Belt series of sculpture, I have started a series of acrylic paintings on cradled birch panels that embrace the spirit of my sculpture. It has been great to see the new materials that have been developed for acrylic for texture and low relief surfaces. I also use sculpted and press molded ceramic elements in this series of work because I just can't let go of the third dimension. |
